Horizontal concrete mixing plants

Thanks to the wide production range of Liebher horizontal concrete mixing plants you can always choose the most appropriate solution to your particular project. To store gravel aggregate, there are at your disposal various versions of silos (star, circular, in-line) depending on required capacity and space conditions.

Compactmix type range

The Compactmix concrete mixing plants are offered in 0,5 and 1,0 versions (according to the size of a disk mixer). It is a small mixing centre in a modern design. This simple and robust design is suitable for production of both central mix concrete and concrete prefabricates.

Betomix type range

The Betomix concrete mixing plants are designed on modular principle. This principle guarantees that all devices are ready to be adapted according to particular desires of users. Mixing centres can be equipped with both disk mixers with an additional vortex generation mixing and with twin shaft mixers. Sizes of the Betomix type mixers range from 1,0 m3 up to 6,0 m3 which can produce hourly output of 60 – 260 m3 of ready mix concrete.

Tower concrete mixing plants – Betomat

Tower concrete mixing plants of the Betomate type are also based on a modular system. The basic concept of the devices ensures high output, low wear and maintenance requirements, cost saving and trouble-free operating. The devices can be equipped with two to three mixers according to requirements.

Mobile concrete mixing plants – Mobilmix

Mobile concrete mixing plants are offered in two sizes. Mobilmix 0,5 with a disk mixer 0,5 m3 and theoretic hourly output capacity of 30 m3/h and Mobilmix 2,25 DW with a twin shaft mixer 2,25 m3 and theoretic hourly output capacity of 100 m3/h. Both mobile types do not require any concrete foundations, can be easily transported and their assembly and putting into operation takes 2 to 3 days.
